Asset-Backed Trucking Investment

Invest in trucking the honest way — you own the truck, we run the business.

A real, titled asset working real freight — not paper promises, not "mailbox money."

You hold the title. We run the driver, the freight, and the back office. You collect the weekly settlement.

The LFS Investor Program is a managed truck-ownership model: you buy and hold the title to a commercial truck, and LFS runs the driver, the freight, FMCSA compliance, and the back office — settling with you weekly, while you keep ownership of the asset.

Straight talk

Let's be honest about "passive income" in trucking.

You've seen the ads — buy a truck, do nothing, collect "mailbox money." The FTC has been shutting those operators down, because it isn't true. A truck is a real business: it needs a good driver, steady freight, compliance, and maintenance.

What LFS actually does is take that work off your plate and run it for you — professionally, transparently, carrier-first — so the asset you own can earn. It isn't effortless. It's managed. That difference is the whole point, and it's why we'll always show you real numbers instead of a guarantee.

How it works

Four steps. You own the asset the whole way.

From the truck you buy to the settlement you collect, here's exactly how the program runs.

1

You own the truck

We guide you to vetted, certified dealers to buy the right equipment — typically a 2021 or newer truck. It's purchased in your name and titled to you. You own it outright.

2

We place it in freight

Your truck goes onto real contract freight through the LFS brokerage and carrier network — built to keep it loaded with consistent, higher-value lanes.

3

We run everything

Driver staffing and vetting, dispatch, FMCSA compliance, and maintenance coordination. The day-to-day operation is ours, not yours.

4

You get weekly settlements

Transparent weekly reporting — loads, costs, and net — paid out to you. You own the asset, and you see every number behind it.

What we manage

The whole operation — so you don't run any of it.

🧑‍✈️

Driver staffing & vetting

We find, screen, and place qualified Class A CDL drivers through a strict multi-point hiring process. The right seat in your truck is the difference-maker.

📦

Freight & dispatch

Your truck runs real contract freight through our brokerage and carrier network — dispatched to stay loaded with consistent, higher-value lanes.

📋

FMCSA compliance

We keep the operation legal and in good standing — the filings, the rules, the paperwork most owners never want to touch. (FMCSA: the federal motor-carrier regulator.)

🔧

Maintenance coordination

We plan for upkeep and downtime instead of pretending they don't exist — coordinating service to protect your asset and your uptime.

🧾

Weekly settlement reporting

Every week: what the truck earned, what it cost, and what's yours — itemized and transparent. No black box.

🛡️

Authority & insurance guidance

We walk you through operating authority and the insurance the truck needs — explained in plain English, never improvised.

Why a truck — and why owning it matters

A real asset you can hold, run, and sell.

Most "investments" hand you paper. This hands you a titled piece of equipment that does real work in an essential industry.

Tangible & titled. Your truck is a real asset in your name — you can sell it, not just a position you hope to exit.

Essential demand. Trucks move roughly 72% of America's freight. The work doesn't stop when the market wobbles.

You stay in control. You own the equipment and make the big calls; we handle the grind.

Honest about risk. Like any business, what it earns depends on freight rates, uptime, fuel, and the market. We show you real numbers before you buy — never inflated averages.

The hands-off owner

You have capital and want a real managed asset.

Not another day job — a truck you own, run for you by people who do this for a living, with weekly statements you can actually read.

The fleet builder

You want to start with one and scale.

Begin with a single truck, learn the numbers, and grow into a small managed fleet over time — one asset at a time.

The operator-curious

You believe in trucking but won't drive it.

You want into freight without sitting in the seat or running the back office. We're the operating partner that makes that real.

Honest comparison

Managed ownership vs. the alternatives.

Built by an operator, not a sales funnel

Two decades of real freight standing behind your truck.

The trucks in this program are managed inside a real, working brokerage and carrier operation — the same one that teaches, dispatches, and moves freight every day. You're not buying a pitch. You're placing your asset with people who do this for a living.

Straight answers

The questions investors actually ask

Is this really "passive income"?+

It's managed income, not effortless income. You won't drive the truck or run the back office, but a truck is a real business with real ups and downs. We do the work; you own the asset and receive weekly settlements. Anyone selling you "do nothing, collect mailbox money" is selling the thing the FTC keeps shutting down.

Do I actually own the truck?+

Yes. The truck is purchased in your name and titled to you. You own it outright — it's a real asset you can hold, run, and sell.

Is the income guaranteed?+

No — and be careful with anyone who says it is. We manage the operation to give your truck its best shot at consistent freight, and we show you real numbers, but freight markets move and results vary. Honesty here is exactly what separates a real operator from a scam.

Is this a regulated security?+

You're buying and owning a physical asset and paying us to manage it — not buying a share of a pooled fund. We keep everything transparent, and we'll always tell you to get your own legal, tax, and financial advice before you commit.

What does it cost to start?+

Typically around $130,000 for a qualifying truck and trailer that you own outright, plus the operating costs the weekly settlements account for. We break the full picture down in the investor packet — nothing hidden.

What if the truck breaks down?+

Maintenance and downtime are part of the real picture, not a surprise we hide. We coordinate service and plan for it — it's one of the main reasons this is a managed program and not "set it and forget it."

How fast can it start earning?+

Typically about 30 days from securing the right truck to running active freight, once the driver is placed and compliance is in order.

Logistical Forwarding Solutions provides truck-management services to owners of commercial trucks.
